1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of MegaMobile.be. MegaMobile.be is owned by M&C Technology "M&C Technology" the company, established and having offices at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat 135, in Mechelen. 2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

2.2 The delivery time is in most cases 2-4 working days if in stock and unless stated otherwise on the website of MegaMobile.be. The shipping times are an indication and not a deadline. MegaMobile.be will agree on a delivery term of a maximum of 30 days or enter into consultation with you about this.

2.3 All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the stated periods.

2.4 If, for whatever reason, the agreed shipping term is exceeded by MegaMobile.be, MegaMobile.be will immediately inform the customer in writing (via e-mail). In that case, the customer has the authority to terminate the agreement with MegaMobile.be by notifying MegaMobile.be in writing (via fax, letter or e-mail).

2.5. Any payments already made by the customer will be transferred to the bank or giro account as soon as possible, but in any case within fourteen (14) working days after MegaMobile.be has received the request to dissolve the agreement referred to in the previous article (article 2.4). refunded by the customer.

2.6. MegaMobile.be reserves the right to make partial deliveries to the customer, so that an order is sent in two or more shipments.


3. Prices

3.1 Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.

3.2 All prices on the website are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.


4. Distance Selling and Right of Renunciation

the right of renunciation must be exercised within 14 working days after the invoice date (day of dispatch), term within which MegaMobile must be informed of the request for renunciation and of the request to refund any amount already paid and with presentation of proof of payment; this amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation. We use the same payment method for reimbursement as you used, unless you agree to another payment method. The refund is free of charge for you.; However, the refund can only be made when the products are back in our possession.

if the product is already in Your possession, You must return the product within the same period of 14 working days, possibly send it back, in an appropriate manner, entirely at Your expense.

You return the product with all accessories supplied, as much as possible in its original condition, packaging and according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product if this is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The starting point here is that you may only use and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a shop. If you do not handle the product with due care as set out above and the product is damaged as a result, you are liable for the depreciation of the product. You are not liable for any reduction in the value of the product if we have not provided you with all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before or at the conclusion of the purchase agreement.

5. Data Management

5.1 If you place an order with MegaMobile.be, your data will be included in MegaMobile.be's customer base. MegaMobile.be adheres to the Personal Registrations Act and will not provide your details to third parties.

5.2 MegaMobile.be respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures that your personal data is treated confidentially.

5.3 MegaMobile.be uses a mailing list (MegaMobile.be newsletter). Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.


6. Warranties

6.1 MegaMobile.be guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer, and thus guarantees the manufacturer's warranty of the product delivered to you.

6.2 The warranty period of MegaMobile.be corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. This guarantee does not apply if the defect is due to 1. neglected care, or 2. intentional damage, or 3. oversight.

6.3 Claim under guarantee lapses if service/repair services other than those designated by the manufacturer have carried out repair or other work on the product.


7. Quotations

7.1 Quotations are without obligation, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.

7.2 Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by the customer, MegaMobile.be reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within a period of 3 working days after receipt of that acceptance.

7.3 Oral promises only bind MegaMobile.be after they have been expressly confirmed in writing.


8. Agreement

8.1 An agreement between MegaMobile.be and a customer is concluded after an order or assignment has been assessed for feasibility by MegaMobile.be.

8.2 MegaMobile.be reserves the right, without stating reasons, not to accept orders or assignments or to accept them only under the condition that shipment takes place after payment in advance.


9. Pictures and Specifications

9.1 All Images; photos, drawings, etc. and (technical) specifications; data regarding weights, dimensions, colours, information, etc. on the website of MegaMobile.be are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.


10. Force majeure

10.1 MegaMobile.be is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.

10.2. Force majeure is understood to mean any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at its risk. Delays in or non-performance by our suppliers, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in the supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of MegaMobile.be. As well as auxiliary persons, illness of staff, defects in aids or means of transport are expressly regarded as force majeure.

10.3 In the event of force majeure, MegaMobile.be reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be changed in such a way that execution remains possible. In no case is MegaMobile.be is obliged to pay any fine or compensation.


11. Communication

11.1 MegaMobile.be is in no way liable for misunderstandings, damage, delays or unclear communication of orders and announcements as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the customer and MegaMobile.be, or between MegaMobile. be and third parties, insofar as it relates to the relationship between the customer and MegaMobile.be.


12. Complaints

12.1 All complaints in connection with the delivery, quality, quality of the product or any other complaint will be taken seriously by MegaMobile.be.

12.2. The customer must make a complaint known to the Customer Service department of MegaMobile.be (the details of this department are listed at the bottom of the page).

12.3. MegaMobile.be will try to resolve the complaint within ten (10) working days. MegaMobile.be will inform the customer about this in writing (via e-mail).


How do I return a product? The product to be returned must be returned undamaged by the customer to MegaMobile.be in the original packaging. In addition, the customer bears the responsibility and the costs of return shipment. In the event of dissolution, MegaMobile.be will refund the amounts paid within 14 days after the date of receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred by MegaMobile.be to send the product to you will be deducted. You will therefore receive the payment back minus the shipping costs of the forwarding.


12a. Exchange and return step-by-step plan:

Step 1: You report your intention to return to our customer service. You can send this request to: info@MegaMobile.be

Step 2: You will receive an e-mail from us confirming the registration of your request + instructions for sending it. You pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Step 3: After receiving your product, MegaMobile.be will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Step 4: After receipt and inspection of your product, we will exchange it depending on your wishes (if available) or refund your purchase amount within a maximum of 14 days.


13. Personal Data

13.1 Personal data entered by the customer will be included in a file. This data will be used for the execution of the customer's order. This data will not be provided to third parties.

13.2. Unless the customer has indicated that the customer does not appreciate this, the data of the customer will be included in a central file of MegaMobile.be. This information will be used to keep the customer fully up-to-date with regard to the goods and services of MegaMobile.be. The processing of the customer's data will take place in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

14. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

14.1 The customer must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that rest on the goods delivered by MegaMobile.be.

14.2 MegaMobile.be does not guarantee that the goods delivered to the customer do not infringe any intellectual and/or industrial property rights of third parties and does not accept any liability in the event of any claim from third parties based on the statement that a product delivered by MegaMobile.be case any right of a third party is infringed.


15. Miscellaneous

15.1 If the customer provides MegaMobile.be with an address in writing, MegaMobile.be is entitled to send all orders to the relevant address, until the customer has given MegaMobile.be a new address.

16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Belgian law applies to all offers, orders and agreements of MegaMobile.be.

16.2 Disputes arising from an agreement between MegaMobile.be and the customer, which cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, will be heard by the competent court within the district of Utrecht, unless MegaMobile.be prefers to submit the difference to the competent court of subject to the domicile of the customer, and with the exception of those disputes that fall within the competence of the subdistrict court.
