LogiLink’s verified Cat.8.1 Connector has a greater throughput capability; it supports transmission of data up to 40Gbps over shielded twisted pair copper cabling.
LogiLink’s new Cat.8.1 RJ45 Connector is backward compatible with all previous categories of twisted pair copper cabling (Cat.6A, Cat.6, Cat.5). It supports a maximum channel length of 30m when supporting 25Gbps and 40Gbps speeds. LogiLink’s Cat.8.1 Connector can support data speeds of Cat.6A 10Gbps and lower at a full 100m channel configuration.
